Exorcist foi uma banda de Thrash Metal, que teve o Nightmare Theatre de 1986 como primeiro e único álbum. A maior parte do álbum diz sobre bruxaria na época da inquisição. As músicas são rápidas e com riffs acelerados e cortantes, o que me agrada muito. Esse álbum não é tão reconhecido, mas eu acho muito bom. De todas as faixas destacam-se as seguintes: "Death by Bewitchment", "Execution of the Witches" e "Riding to Hell". A banda lançou apenas este trabalho, e então desapareceu sem deixar traços. Alguns integrantes fizeram parte da banda Piledriver.
